Financial management (budget, outsourced accounting, treasury, financial reports)

  • Annual budget plans (management and project analysis), analysis of offers and preparation of quotes while ensuring the maximum profitability of projects (USA, Canada, Guinea, Gabon, Senegal),
  • Maintaining a balanced budget and assessing investment opportunities in connection with banking institutions,
  • Adaptation of the IS to the specific monitoring of each project (budget, analysis, report to customers).
  • Modeling of the wage bill and compliance with legal and social obligations.
  • Monitoring of legal and regulatory taxation,
  • Establishment of annual financial statements by nature and by analytical destination,
  • Cost control of goods sold, training, certification, sale of services, supervision of on-site operations, after-sales service (on average 24 months), rental / sale of equipment.

Data analysis

  • Data analysis and highlighting of fundamental elements; clarification of the points of concentration with a view to continuous improvement of processes and the quality of project implementation.
  • Excel expertise (CDT and essential macros in ABV).
  • Definition and monitoring of own KPIs and insurance assessment with (external) actuaries.
